Jessica Suzanne Cagle, 23, of 2360 Wapakoneta Ave., passed away Thursday, April 8, 2010, at 3:50 p.m. at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
She was born on June 14, 1986, in Orange, Calif., the daughter of Thomas "Kent" Cagle and wife, Paula, of Camden, Tenn., and Sherry (Steinke) Thompson and husband, Ed, of Sidney.
Also surviving is a sister, Ashley Cagle, and nephew, Carter Cagle, of Sidney; paternal grandparents, Green and Charlotte Cagle, of Camden, Tenn., and Don and Doris Swiger, of Fort Loramie; maternal grandparents, Dave and Connie Steinke, of Botkins; and boyfriend, Nick Roberts, of Fort Loramie.
She was preceded in death by an aunt, Shannon Shoenleben.
Jessica was a 2004 Fort Loramie High school graduate and attained her associate degree in 2006 from the Ohio Institute of Photography. She was an advocate for pet rescue and adoption.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, in Botkins, with the Rev. Matthew Lee officiating. Burial will be at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, in Botkins.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. at Cromes Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave.
