Lola Mabel Brown was born in Parishville, NY on 8-20-1878 the daughter of David & Havena (Phillips) Brown. In 1899 she married Frederick Short and started her family.
Lola liked to bake and was well known for her apple pies, cookies and dinner rolls. She died on 7-5-1954 in Endicott, NY and is buried in the Winthrop cemetery.
