MRS.MOLLIE BROWN,96,DIES;FUNERAL TO BE AT MT.SALEM
Mrs. Mary Elizabeth (Mollie) Brown, 96, died at 7:30 o'clock yesterday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Matt Forrest, one mile east of Jacksonville.
Mrs. Brown, the daughter of the late Mr and Mrs Austin Bailey, was born northeast of Jacksonville and lived all fo her married life on the farm where she died.
She was a member of the Mt Salem Baptist Church, north of Jacksonville.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Forrest and Mrs. Ada Shoffner, Jacksonville; one son, Elmore Brown, Jacksonville; a sister, Mrs Nannie Vanskike, Excello; one grandson; two great grandchildren; and three great-great- grandchildren.
The body will remain at the Cater Funeral Home until 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon when Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
