Kelly J. Dwyer, 21, of 4260 Vega Course, Liverpool died Thursday in a work accident on Mud Mill Road, Cicero.

Mr. Dwyer was born in Syracuse and lived 15 years in Liverpool. He was employed for the summer with Onondaga County.

He was a graduate of Liverpool High School and Onondaga Community College and attended Florida Southern College, where he was a member of Theta Chi fraternity. He planned to attend Elon College in North Carolina this fall.

Mr. Dwyer was a widely known baseball pitcher and played for the Liverpool Babe Ruth League, Liverpool High and OCC.

He was a communicant of St. John's Church, Liverpool.

Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John M. Dwyer; two sisters, Sharon and Shannon Dwyer; three brothers, Patrick M., stationed with the Navy in Hawaii, Michael A. and Daniel T.; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services will be at 8:45 a.m. Monday at Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners Chapel and 9:30 a.m. in St. John's Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will be in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay.

Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 3541 Route 31, Baldwinsville.
