BONHAM-Services will be held at 2 p.m. today in Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Chapel in Bonham for Susie Jane Carter, 88, of Arlington. She died Saturday at Arlington Memorial Hospital.
Burial will be in Carson Cemetery in Ector, with the Rev. Don Griffith officiating.
Mrs. Carter was born in Ravenna, the daughter of W.C. Capehart and Amanda Billings Capehart. On Jan 10, 1925, she married Ollie K. Carter in Bonham.
She was a member of the Ravenna Christian Church.
Surviving are her daughter, Eula Proctor of Arlington; and two grandsons.
Pallbearers will be Billy Capehart, James Capehart, Glen Capehart, Roy Osborne, Jack Head and Terry Ball.
The family will be at the funeral home from 1 to 2 p.m. today.
