Jana Lynne Denney of Medford died Dec. 10, 2005. She was 51 years old.

Ms. Denney was born May 10, 1954 in Enterprise where she received most of her education. She then attended Idaho State College in Lewistown, Idaho where she earned a GED degree.

Ms. Denney was preceded in death by her nephew, Kyle Rowell, grandparents, Hollis and Mamie Miller and Cread and Doris Denney. Survivors include her parents, Delbert and Delores Denney of Medford; sister, Kay Denney of Albany; brother, Kevin Denney of Eugene; nieces, Jenna Minard of Albany and Melinda Rowell of McMinnville; and nephew Bond Minard of Albany.

A memorial service will be held Dec. 17, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. at Rogue Valley Funeral Alternatives in Medford.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to: NAMI-Southern Oregon National Alliance for the Mentally Ill or the American Diabetic Association.
