Marie C. Keller, 90, died April 5, 2010, at Country Meadows at Leader Heights. She was the wife of John F. Keller for 66 years.

Mrs. Keller was born April 18, 1919, in York, a daughter of the late George B. and Margaret (Eckenrode) Ostendorf.

She had been employed at York Narrow Fabrics Co. She was a member of St. Mary's Church, the Ladies Sodality, the Altar Rosary Society, and the Golden Nuggets. She enjoyed square dancing with her husband John, and was a member of the Cotillion ballroom dancing club in York. She was an experienced seamstress and enjoyed cooking. She mastered many crafts. She was a 1938 graduate of York Catholic High School.

Marie is survived by her husband; four children, Sr. Joan Marie Keller, MSBT of Philadelphia, Mary Elizabeth 'Betty' Cortese and her husband, Joseph of Middletown, N.J., John F. Keller, II, and his wife, Jacqueline of Cincinnati, Ohio, and George A. Keller and his wife, Diane of Loganville; grandchildren, Bethany Kingston, Jennifer Cortese, Heather Hargrove, John F. Keller, III, Sarah Cortese, Christine Keller, and Katelyn Keller; great-grandchildren, Grant P. Kingston, Evan M. Hargrove, and Norah E. Kingston; and nieces and nephews. She was the last-surviving of five children.

Entombment will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery.
