DUCA-MEANS – Linda L. 'Lin' (Tedrow), 47, died suddenly Sat., April 3, 2010, at home in Harrisburg. Born Sept. 6, 1962, in Johnstown, daughter of Arthur & Veronica Tedrow. Predeceased by Grace Duca. Survived by parents; husband, Phil Means; sons, Frank Duca III & Bradley Duca, and their father, Frank Duca; sisters: Cindy Vargo, Harrisburg, and Kimberly Tedrow-Burke, Johnstown; brothers: Tim, Oklahoma; & Joseph, Johnstown. Lin attended Conemaugh Twp. and graduated from Ferndale Area High School in 1980. She was formerly employed as a telephone operator for GTE, and worked part time at local banks. She was tax collector for Westmont Borough for 12 years. Her most important accomplishment was her family, to whom she unselfishly dedicated her life. She was passionate about cooking, baking, traveling, caring for loved ones and teaching the important things in life. Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel. Interment, Grandview Cemetery.
