Born in Montana to James Albert and Mary Ellen (Rowland) Giffen, raised in Tofield, Alberta, Canada. Moved with parents to Port Angeles, Washington when she was a young lady, married there also, then moved to Everett, Snohomish, Washington in 1941, where her and her husband lived for about 38 years till he passed away. She then decided later to move back to Port Angeles. That's where she lived out her remaining years.
She loved to do cross-stitch, which I have several pictures she did and all so beautifully done. She loved her crocheting and knitting. She was always busy with some kind of handy work or canning.
