She drowned Wednesday at Catfish Haven fishing pond here. She was 14 years old.
She was born June 2, 1964, in Sikeston, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gentry White of Sikeston. She was attending Kelly High School and was a member of Old Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors include her parents; brother Douglas White; sisters, Donna Sue White and Mrs. Karen Payne; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Pearl White; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Hilliard. Her paternal grandfather, Turner L. White, preceded her in death April 8.
