MRS. BETTIE BAKER DIES
Bear Lithia, March 29.—Mrs. Bettie Baker, of near Furnace No. 2 died Tuesday from old age. She was 81 years old. She is the last of a large family. Four children survive her: Wm. Baker, of Luray; Robert Baker, of Reileysville; Mrs. Vic Dearing, Furnace; Mrs. Ella Stanley of Hagerstown. She spent her entire life in and around Furnace. The funeral was held at the Methodist church at Furnace No. 2, and interment at Noah Kooontz, on Thursday.
