She was born Dec. 14, 1932, in Bertrand, and was married July 15, 1966, to Leo Hester.
Surviving is her husband; her mother, Mrs. Mary Lou Brashears; brothers, Jerrell, Herman, Louglas and Lawrence Brashears; sisters, Mrs Jimmy Crawford, Mrs. James Taylor and Mrs. Rickey Newsome.
Funeral service will be Thursday at the Bertrand Church of God of Prophecy. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
