Mrs. Wanda Price 46, Dies Saturday

Sligo - Mrs. Wanda Jean Price, 46, of Shippenville RD 2, an employee of the Department of Welfare, died at 9:15 am Saturday in Franklin Hospital.

She was born April 6, 1932, in Monroe Township, Clarion County, a daughter of Edward and Cordella Shirey Deitz.

She was married August 25, 1978, to Dave Price, who survives.

Mrs. Price was employed for 10 years as a case-worker for the Department of Welfare in the Clarion office. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Clarion.

In addition to her husband, Dave, and her parents, who live at Clarion RD1, she is survived by one son, Mike Myers of Sligo; two daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Edie) Fox of Clarion RD2 and Miss Connie Myers of DuBois; two brothers, Ralph Deitz of Clarion RD 2 and Donald Deitz of Clarion RD 1; two stepchildren, David Price III of Pittsburgh and Debora Louise Stark of Jamacia Plain, Mass., two grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm today at the Hawk Funeral Home in Sligo. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Tuesday in the funeral home. Rev. William Kemp, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Clarion will officiate.

Interment will be in Reidsburg Baptist Cemetery.
