David Lentz, 11-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Solomon Lentz, 815 S. 6th Avenue, Kelso, died November 17 as the result of a home fire. Born December 13, 1957, in Mount Vernon, Washington.

Surviving in addition to the parents are one sister, Diane; one brother, Daniel; a grandfather, Nathanael Lentz of Marlin, Washington; and a grandmother, Mrs. Effie Holbert of Santa Clara, California.

Graveside services will be held at Marlin, Washington, later this week. The Ditlevsen-Moore Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
