Graveside services for David George Redbird, 55 of Tahlequah will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday April 7, 2010 in the Ballou Cemetery at Locust Grove. David Redbird was born November 16, 1954 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to George Redbird and Zelma (McIntosh) Redbird. He passed from this world on April 3, 2010 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. David enjoyed and played football for Sequoyah High School, where he was also a graduate. David attended Haskell Junior College in Lawrence, Kansas. He was a 1993 graduate of Oklahoma State University where he received his Associate Degree in Food Service Management-Culinary Arts. David served in the United States Navy as a cook. He enjoyed going fishing. David is preceded in death by both parents George and Zelma (McIntosh) Redbird. Surviving him are his two sisters, Beatrice Monk of Locust Grove and Lisa Price and husband David of Ft. Smith, Arkansas.
