Keith David Churchman (1915-1956) was born in Ohio on November 27, 1915, to Horace Greely Churchman (1884 - 1945) and Marie Churchman whose other sons, Curtis D. Churchman (1926-1998) and William A. Churchman (1934-2003), are also U. S. Army veterans who are interred at Woodside Cemetery in Oxford, Butler County, Ohio. Warrant Officer (WO) Keith David Churchman served during World War II from August 29, 1942, until January 9, 1946, with the 161st Port Company of the Transportation Corps of the U. S. Army. Keith David Churchman is not known ever to have married. He died at the age of forty in Columbus, capitol of the state of Ohio, on July 20, 1956, and was interred shortly thereafter at Woodside Cemetery in Oxford, Ohio.
