Tyner, and Alice Tyner Timmons, University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK. 1970 (Library of Congress No. QE99-C5-T97) Volume 3, pp. 32-33, under JOE WARD Cemetery. [University that received taxpayer dollars for the program/product; thus presumed to be in the public domain]

Archibald Yell Hastings (2nd husb.), entombed here. M/o Wm. Wirt Hastings, buried at Tahlequah Cem. [He was the 1st Cherokee elected to the U.S.House of Representatives, (Dem.) Washington D. C., serving 1915-1935, with hiatus, 1922.]
