Joy Robert "Bob" Bailey was born in Stanaford, W.Va in 1936, to his parents Joy Robert Bailey, Sr. and Madelyn Jaquette Kennedy Bailey. He had two brothers and three sisters. He served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force in Germany. Afterwards, lived in Cleveland, OH, Winnsboro and Columbia, SC, and finally in LaGrange, OH. Bob spent his career working in the Quality Assurance Field of the Plastics and Automobile industries. His hobbies were football, traveling and auctioning. He is survived by his wife Mary Ann (Brooks) Bailey Ferris: two sons, Robert Daryl Bailey, Alan Brian Bailey and one daughter Cheryl Joy Miller: four grandchildren and one brother James Maxie Bailey.
