Karla Shay Fulcher Williams, 33, of Hephzibah died Tuesday, April 9, 2002 in Burke County. Mrs. Williams, a native and lifelong resident of Richmond County, was a drywall finisher for D.C.S. Acoustical Ceilings in Hephzibah. She was a Protestant. Survivors include a son, Cody Kilpatrick Kight of Mississippi; two brothers, Clay Fulcher and Shane Fulcher, both of Hephzibah; her parents, Doy and Janice Fulcher of Hephzibah; and her paternal grandmother, Virginia Fulcher of Hephzibah. Pallbearers were Ted Fulcher, Wayne Fulcher, Brad Stocker, Chuck Ellis, Mike Smith and David Fulcher.
