Born January 22, 1923, in Timpson, TX, Addie Mae Whiteside was the daughter of the late Derious Marion and Jessie (Jones) Windham. She and Rudolph Whiteside were married April 2, 1938. Mrs. Whiteside was a homemaker and member of Caledonia Methodist Church.
Survivors include 3 sons: Kenneth Whiteside and wife Joann of Timpson, Bo Whiteside of Gary, TX, and James Whiteside and wife Teresa of Longview; 2 daughters: Patricia Bright of White Oak, TX, and Betty Shields and husband Norm of Longview; 13 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and sister Jimmie Lea of Pasadena, TX.
In addition to her parents, Addie Mae Whiteside was preceded in death by her husband Rudolph Whiteside, son Stephen Russell Whiteside, 2 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and 2 brothers Walter and Vertis Windham.
