FORT WORTH -- Bill R. Keith, 71, a retired senior project engineer at Bell Helicopter, died Sunday, Sept. 10, 2000, at Fort Worth.
Celebration of Life: was at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Altamesa Church of Christ, 4600 Altamesa Blvd., Fort Worth. Burial: Greenwood Memorial Park in Fort Worth.
Memorials: Bill Keith Knee-Mail Ministry Fund at Altamesa Church of Christ.
Bill was born June 14, 1929, in Breckenridge. He was past president of Texas Diabetes Association, past chairman of S.M.E.,
and charter member of R.O.M.E.O.(Retired Old Men Eating Out) that met weekly on Thursday mornings for years. He was the founder of the Knee-Mail Ministries of Altamesa Church of Christ, where he was a member. He loved his church dearly and was very active and involved in activities there. He was a very loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather.
Survivors: Wife of 31 years, Galya Stephen Keith of Fort Worth; children, James Ray Keith and wife, Linda, of Diana, David Michael Keith and Julie of Grand Prairie, Cheri Morgan and husband, Carter, of Crowley, Kathy Harris and husband, J.C., of Fort Worth and Stephen B. Smith and wife, Kay, of Fort Worth; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brother, Jack Keith Sr. and wife, Naomi, of Arlington; and sister-in-Law, Laverne Keith of Robstown.
