CLARENDON - Travis L. "Boppy" Wallis, 91, died Thursday, Dec. 9, 1999.

Masonic graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in Westlawn Cemetery at Borger with Don Stone, minister of White Deer Church of Christ, officiating. Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors Inc.

Mr. Wallis was born in Comanche County. He moved to Clarendon from Phillips in 1985. He worked as a night superintendent for Phillips Petroleum Co. before retiring in 1973 after 44 years.

He married Olean Adams in 1927. She died in 1971. He married Pearl Files in 1972.

He was a member of Clarendon Church of Christ. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and member of Adobe Walls Masonic Lodge No. 1355 in Borger.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Pat Caddell of Sherman and Glenda Lacy of Stephenville; two stepdaughters, Freda Coalson of Las Cruces, N.M., and Barbara Hampton of Seattle; two sisters, Ora Warren of Abilene and Alice Peavy of Phoenix; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at Robertson Funeral Directors.
