She is survived by her husband, Virgil New, two sons, Timmy Virgil New and Tommy Buford New, two daughters, Jacqueline Faith Bell, Jennifer Hope Collins. A brother, Barney Allen, and three sisters, Verzell Owens, Theresa Ford, and Diane Browning.
