JOSEPH W. DEBROW DIES; SERVICES AT 3 FRIDAY
Services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Moore Funeral Home chapel for Joseph W. Debrow, 67, of 102 Pack Ave., who died Wednesday afternoon at Methodist Hospital following a lengthy illness.
The Rev. S. B. Boyett will officiate. Interment will be in Highland Cemetery.
A native of Lamar County, Mr. Debrow had lived in Hattiesburg for the past 30 years. He was employed in the maintenance department at the University of Southern Mississippi. He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Margie Debrow of Hattiesburg; two sons, Patrick Debrow of Washington, D.C., and Richard Debrow of Gulfport; three daughters, Mrs. Jimmie Wesley of Beaumont, Tex., Mrs. Layne Speed and Mrs. Jayne Bond, both of Hattiesburg; eight grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Martha Debrow of Hattiesburg; a brother, Clenon Debrow of Lumberton; a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Byrd, also of Lumberton; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Honorary pallbearers will be M. H. Myers, Vernon Adams, Henry Purvis, Bob Arnold, Ben Thompson, Harry Thomas, K. W. Atwood, Willard Autry, Billie Watts, Jack Brown, James Stephens, Reggie Ford, Randolph Sanford, Paul Leonard, Johnny Bounds, E. V. McKinley, Mitchell Jabour, Joel Eakens, W. T. Myers and Pat Bullock.
