He was the only child of Catherine Spangler Chadwick and Exton Carey Chadwick and the husband of Betty Lou Mann Chadwick. He had one child, Suzanne Chadwick. He had three grandchildren Beth, Breck and Paige and two great-granchildren, Cameron and Faith. He was a man who truly made a positive difference in the lives of those he touched.
