Often referred to as "Louisa Ingersoll Gore," wife of sculptor Horatio Greenough. She was the grand-niece of Christopher Gore (of Gore Place, Waltham), former governor of Massachusetts. She became one of the vice-regents of the Ladies' Association of Mount Vernon. Year of death on grave may be incorrect; it appears as 1891 elsewhere.
