Survivors; wife, Mary Edith; two daughters, Mrs. William (Mary) Swindle of Calumet City, IL, Mrs. Ottis (Norma) Hall of Burnham, IL.; four grandchildren. Three sisters, Mrs Eva Parker of Hammond, IN, Mrs Flossie Butcher, Mrs LaVerne Sears, both of Robinson IL, two brothers, Henry J. of Palestine, IL., David of Oblong, IL. Funeral services will be Friday, Sept. 19, at 2 p.m. at Marshall Funeral Home, Oblong, IL.,
Rev. Hugh Russell officiating. Burial Oblong Cemetery. Friends may call at Bocken Funeral Home, 7042 Kennedy ave., Hessville, Wednesday, 7 to 10 p.m. He was a resident of the area for 17 years. He retired form Youngstown Steel Door Company in 1968. The family requests memorial contributions be given to the American Cancer Society.
