Funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 10th at 1:00 p.m. at the Liverance Funeral Home for Rutherford Bartig, 65, of 1609 N. Cedar Road.
He died Wednesday, February 9th, at his home.
Surviving are his wife Marymae, four sons, Myron and Robert of Fowlerville, Bernard and Dale of Williamston and two daughters, Mrs. Noreta Westerby of Webberville and Miss Linda Bartig of Lansing, his father Charles Bartig of Howell; four brothers, Clare and Harold of Williamston, Morris of Union Lake and Floyd of Wayne; four sisters,
Mrs. Christina Richards of Grand Rapids, Mrs. Ruby Clary of St. Augustine, FL, Mrs. Doris Crager of East Highland and Mrs. Helen McCaron of Union Lake.
The Rev. H. Albert Sandberg officiated at the funeral services held at Liverance Funeral Home, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
