The Son of Pauline Costello and James Belton Sullivan. He had one sister, Joyce Victoria Sullivan-Wilson. The Father to: 5 children- and 10 grandchildren and another one on the way. (she was born in July 1999, after his death). Bill was married 3 times -1-Mildred Christine Frederick -2- Elizabeth (Lisa) Kollert and-3-to Brenda Parrish-Sullivan.
