Richard M. Ibex Sr., 76, of Rock Hill, S.C., formerly of Westminster, died Monday Dec. 6, 2010, at home. Born May 14, 1934, in Westminster, he was the son of the late Robert and Elizabeth Groft Ibex. He was the husband of Anna Knupp Ibex. He was a veteran of the Airforce and worked as a truck driver. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are children Sherri Baker and Richard M. Ibex Jr., both of Rock Hill; a sister, Mary Margaret Cotterell, of Hope Mills, N.C.; and three grandchildren. He was predeceased by siblings A. Thomas Ibex, Robert Ibex Jr., and Jane Devilbiss.
