Memorial services for Charles H. Bedwell, former state appellate court judge, who died Friday at Medesto, Calif., will be held in the Sullivan circuit court room Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock.
Members of the bar from surrounding counties are invited. A committee was appointed by the Sullivan county bar to prepare resolutions for the services. On the committee are A. C. Owens, chairman; Judge Walter F. Wood, Martin L. Pigg, T. C. Brown and Wendell Tennis.
The body will arrive in Sullivan Tuesday and will be taken to the Billman Funeral Home, where funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev Jack Anderson, pastor of First Christian church, will officiate. Burial will be in Center Ridge cemetery.
He was a member of Sullivan Masonic Lodge 263 and past exalted ruler of the Sullivan Elks club.
