Anthony Helphingstine,
19, of Falmouth, Ky., passed away on Monday February 2, 2004 at the St. Luke Hospital in Ft. Thomas, Ky. He was born in at the Marine Corp. Base, Camp Pendleton in Claifornia on May 12, 1984, the son of Bernard and Sharon Helphingstine and the late Diana Helphingstine. He was a 2003 graduate of Pendleton Memorial High School, he worked at DHL at the Greater Cincinnati Airport, a member of the St. Xavier Catholic Church as well as the Pendleton County Sportsman's Club. He was preceded in death by his mother Diana Helphingstine.
Survivors include: father, Bernard Helphingstine, Fal-mouth, Ky., step-mother Sharon (Schewene) Helphingstine, Falmouth, Ky. Brother: B.J. (Jessica) Helphingstine, grandparents: Perry and Helen Sanders, Lufkin, Texas., Viola Helphingstine, Pueblo, Colo-rado, Angela Schewene, Cincin-nati, Ohio, Aunts: Rose Help-hingstine, Cedar Ridge, Colorado, Belinda Bracco, Pueblo, Colorado, Arlis Smith, Nashville, Tenn, Carol Help-hingstine, LaMar, Colorado, Carmalene Steel, Fayetteville, Ohio, Uncles: Gale Helphings-tine, Tommy Helphingstine, Cedar Ridge, Colo., Lawrence Lair, Springfield, Mo., Eldon Helphingstine, Billings, Mont., Jack Steel, Fayetteville, Ohio.

Interment took place in the St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.
