Survived by wife, Martha Elizabeth; children, Angela (Gary) Peters, Jodi (Tina) Kenderick, Jay Spring, Scott Morrow; grandchildren, Lindy, Ryan, Dustin, Chelsea, Emily, Dillon; great-grandchildren, Devin, Adam, Trinity; sister, Nancy L.
