FRANK HENRY WARREN
Frank Henry Warren, 79, of 201 N. Park Street, Merrill, Wisconsin, died Friday, November 19, 1993 at Good Samaritan Health Center, Merrill, Wisconsin.
He was born February 15, 1914 to Rev. Frank Eastwood and Belle "Stevens" Warren in Mead, CO.
He married Bernice Dettman, June 18, 1937 in Viola.
Prior to his retirement in 1980, he was a superintendent of asphalt road construction. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Army Air Corps in the China-India-Burma theatere from 1943 to 1945. He worked in Puerto Rico for 14 years during Operation Boot Strap. He loved to hunt and was a member of the Stamp Club of Wausau.
Frank is survived by his wife Bernice, Merrill; a daughter, Patricia (Major) Morris, Dixon, MO.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Hazel (Donald) Corrick, Lancaster, SC.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two children Frankie and Enid, a sister Florence Warren-Van Etten, and a brother.
Funeral services were held Monday morning, November 22, 1993 at Merrill Bible Church. Reverend Leonard Krupnik officiating. Burial was in Merrill Memorial Park.
The Schram-Waid Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
