LONG ILLNESS
The death of Mrs. Frances Wolford,
52, Of Broadway, occurred at
Marion City Hospital at 7:45 o'clock
last night She had been ill for a
year and bedfast for the last three
weeks. '
Mrs. Wolford was born .October
15, 1890, at Unionville Center, being
the daughter of James and Ella
Brown Patch. She was married at
Marysville in 1905 to William Wolford.
She was a member of the
Broadway Methodist Church.
Surviving are- her husband, William
Wolford, the following children,
Mrs. Bert Osborne, Mrs. Avonelle
Tenar and Clayton Wolford,
all of Marion; Mrs. Arthur Newman
of Richwood; Edward Wolford; in
the service of the army in the southwest
Pacific; Betty Norma and Billy
at home; one stepdaughter, Mrs.
Minnie Hunt of Marion; eight grandchildren;
two sisters, Mrs. Ola Rogers
.of Columbus and .Mrs. Retta Fancy,
and one brother, Simon Patch of this city.
Funeral services will be held
Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the
Broadway Methodist Church with
The Rev. John Forsythe officiating.
Burial will be in the Broadway
Cemetery in charge of Willard Winter,
Raymond funeral director
