Charles Elmer Berryhill of 3259 Given, a construction company employee, died at 1 p.m. yesterday at Methodist Hospital after a heart attack. He was 49. Mr. Berryhill was born in Lake Cormorant, Miss., and had lived in Memphis 35 years. He had worked for the Quality Construction Co. at 3496 Bayliss for six years. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Alma Berryhill; a son, Richard Wayne Berryhill of 899 North Dunlap Cove; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Cooper of 3258 Lyndale and Mrs. Ava Jannell Leath of 611 East Mallory; his mother, Mrs. Annie May Berryhill of 775 Graham; a sister, Mrs. Lillie Pushkarsky of Lake Cormorant; and four grandchildren.
