There is some possibility that Harrison Hice was buried at Hipps Chapel, Fannin, Georgia. There is some evidence that Harrison and his family lived on land adjoining the Sharp Cemetery in Cherry Log, Gilmer, Georgia. Rock Creek Cemetery in Cherry Log is also very close to the site of the family land in Gilmer. Early graves at these sites were marked by slabs of slate, which were unengraved. Most of these markers have now disappeared.
