Wife of William Weber Her obit reads: The death of Mrs.Sylvia Weber occured early Tue. morning, following an illness which had been critical for several days. Neuralgia of the heart, which she previously had suffered caused death. She was born in Indiana, where she married with Mr. Weber. They came to West Liberty about 30 yrs. ago, the husband's death occurring in 1896. She had lived here since leaving Indiana. Three sons survive: Frank of West Liberty; Lawrence of Washington & Chester of Fairfield. These all were at the home when death came, the sons & their wifes having been summoned last week. Besides the children, the mother, Mrs. Dye of Cedar Rapids, survives,as do 2 sisters, Mrs. Jennie Weber of Council Bluffs & Mrs.Dora Hamilton of CA & 3 brothers, Walter Dye of NY; Frank & Martin Dye of Cedar Rapids. Mrs. Weber was a member of the Rebekah Lodge & had many friends in West Liberty. Interment was made at Oakridge.
