Sprigg, Dr. William Mercer. On Saturday, March 6, 1943 at the Doctor's Hospital, Dr. William Mercer Sprigg, beloved husband of Mrs. Lucy Page Sprigg and father of Mrs. Joseph W. Hazell. He also leaves a grandson, Joseph W. Hazell Jr. Remains resting at Hysong's Funeral Home, 1300 N Street Northwest until 12PM, Tuesday, March 9, then to All Souls Episcopal Church, Connecticut Avenue and Cathedral Avenue Northwest, where services will be held at 1PM. Relatives and friends invited to attend. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery.
