Mr. Goodwin was born January 16, 1935 in Newellton, LA and passed away Friday April 11, 2008 at Newellton,La. He was a resident of Newellton, he worked in the Oil Field and Saw Mill , and was a member of the Baptist Faith.

His grandson-James Benjamin Goodwin
And three brothers-Louis Goodwin, R.J. Goodwin and Richard Goodwin
