Born in Muhlenberg County March 27, 1951, he was a retired miner and member of Duvall's Chapel General Baptist Church in Greenville.
Survivors include his wife, Kaye Pendley Stobaugh; 3 sons, Michael Roberts Stobaugh of Hanson, Derrick Harris Stobaugh of Smyrna, TN. and Erick Harris of Murfreesboro, TN.; a daughter, Miranda Melton of Slaughters; a brother, Roger Stobaugh of Sacramento; and 3 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. March 13 at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with the Rev. Steve Rutherford officiating. Burial followed in Nebo Cemetery in Greenville.
