He signed his Will in Champlain, Clinton County, NY on June 10, 1805 and named his children: Nathaniel, David, Ruth, Samuel, Susanah, Philomela, Joseph, Elizabeth, Angelina, Charles, Orondatus and Abigail. His estate was probated in Clinton County, NY in 1811."
