Beulah Mae (also known as "Aunt Bea" in the Tamms Community) was a very loving and kind person. She loved God with all of her heart and it was very evident in her lifestyle and the things she spoke about. We will never forget her laughter, her soft face, her smile, her hugs, pinching her cheeks and biting her lips before Sunday School, flannel pantyhose, watching Gunsmoke and eating popcorn every Saturday night, her every morning prayer at Grandpa's bed, the canned goods, the cakes and pies, how she always cooked enough for an Army and took food to her neighbors, Juicy Fruit in her purse and most of all, her LOVE. My cousins and I will always remember sleeping on our own individual cots in the living room. We would stay up late with Grandma watching t.v. She worked at a nursing home for a while and people are still talking about her to this day. She was always thinking of others...never herself. One time it was cold and there was about 3' of snow on the ground on Christmas Day and she made a tray full of food and walked it to her neighbor's house who was an elderly lady (Aunt Julie), so she would have a Christmas dinner. I'll never forget what a beautiful person she was. Beulah was my Grandmother and I will miss her forever.
