Olga was born in Haut Fays, Luxembourg, Belgium to Jean-Baptiste and Marie-Julie (née Votion) Delbrouck. At the age of 12, Olga and her family immigrated to Manitoba, Canada. Olga married Hippolyte Beaumont at age 18 and was widowed when he was tragically killed while serving in the French Army at the Battle of Verdun. Olga was raising her young daughters, Olga and Yvette when she met Elwyn DuHadway. Elwyn was a widower himself raising his children Jeannette and Eugene. They combined their families by marrying in Winnipeg in 1920 and had two sons together, Elwyn and Fernand. They were happily married until Elwyn's death in 1959. Olga enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time with family. She was predeceased by her children: Olga, Eugene and Elwyn and her siblings: Adrien, Anna Ludivine, Gaston and Fernand.
