Daniel E White died September 2, 2001 at the Valley Regional Hospital in Claremont, NH. He was born March 9, 1903 in Sharon, VT; the son of George E. and Etta Mae (Beadle) White.

He attended schools in Sharon until he moved to Claremont.

He married Nellie Zuill in 1923. He married Agnes Towle in 1929. He married Doris Louise Taylor in 1968.

He worked at Joy Manufacturing Co. in Claremont for 41 years. After he retired, he worked at Lambert Supply Co. as a sales clerk.

He enjoyed reading and being outdoors.

Survivors include his wife of Claremont, two sons, Douglas E. White of NC and Lawrence N. White of Texas; a daughter, Patricia Lynch of Florida; three step-children, Andrea Croninn of Massachusetts, Donn Subocz of Texas and Maxine Gustavison of Massachusetts; two brothers, Richard C. White and Charles White, both of Vermont; a sister, Barbara DeCoff of Vermont; several grandchildren; step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services will be at the Mtn View Cemetery.
