She was a longtime Claremont, NH resident before she moved to Maryland in 2001. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and reading. She was the youngest and last surviving member of a family of fifteen children.
She married Ernest Dutton on June 6, 1925 in Springfield, VT but they later divorced.
She married Charles Frederick Hannaford on August 15, 1940 in Walpole, NH who preceded her in death.
She was preceded in death by son Cedric Dutton.
Survivors include three sons Roger Hannaford of Poplar Branch, NC, Rodney Hannaford of East Hampton, CT, and Ernest Dutton of St Albans, ME; daughter Sylvia McEntegart of Eden, MD; thirteen grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
Burial is in Mtn View Cemetery.
