WATSONTOWN Thelma B. Truckenmiller, 84, of Springtown Road, Watsontown RD 1, died Tuesday at home.
She formerly assisted her late husband, Ward W. Truckenmiller, with their dairy farm in Delaware Twp. and was a member of First Lutheran Church, its Sunday school and Social Ministry Committee, Order of Eastern Star Chapter 282, and McEwensville Garden Club.
Surviving are four daughters, Betty T. Bower of Montgomery RD 2, Myra T. Cunningham of Saugerties, N.Y., Gladys T. Klapp of Watsontown and Natalie T. Teufel of Schnecksville; three sons, H. Robert of Watsontown RD 3, Earl B. of Harrisburg and Charles Fred of Watsontown RD 1; two sisters, Gladys Fisher of Watsontown and Alva Keiser of Milton; a brother, Carroll Brown of New Columbia RD 1; 24 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in her church. Burial will be in Watsontown Cemetery.
Viewing will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Cronrath Funeral Home and 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to her church, Fourth and Main streets, Watsontown 17777.
