Clarence Schuh

Clarence Schuh, 68, of 4409 S. 14th St., died at St. Nicholas Hospital today following a prolonged illness.

He was born in the Town of Mitchell on Oct. 30, 1905, son of the late Joseph and Katherine Schuh, and attended school in Sheboygan Falls.

On June 24, 1927, he married Irma Strebig at Falls.

Mr. Schuh was self-employed as an installer of garage doors.

He was a member of St. Peter Claver Catholic Church.

Surviving are his widow; two daughters, Mrs. Thomas (Kathlyn) Martin of Waukesha, and Mrs. Angelo (Marilyn) LaVerdi of Valley Cottage, N.Y.; nine grandchildren; two brothers, Victor of Sheboygan and Mando of Sheboygan Falls, and a sister, Mrs. Alfred Dieringer of West Allis.

He was preceded by a daughter in infancy.

Funeral Mass will be Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Peter Claver Church, with the Rev. George Hopf, pastor, celebrant, following brief rites at the Ramm-Ziegler Funeral Home at 8:30. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 4:30 p.m. Thursday, until the time of services. A parish Bible wake will be conducted there at 7:30.

A memorial fund has been established in Mr. Schuh's name.
