Leo Dominick was a good man and the father of Andre, Charles and Patricia Dominick. He was a Mason and associated with ANDREW JACKSON LODGE # 428. Received GOOD CONDUCT MEDAL AND RIBBON During WWII on November 8, 1946.

While growing up Leo's name was changed from Dominique to Dominick. It seems that the catholic teachers at the time influenced the french to change there names from the french version to the english.

When enlisted in the Army, the Army used his school records instead of his birth certificate.
