"Obituary - Josephine A. Coble
Josephine A. Coble of Wimberley passed away at home on Sunday, October 18 at the age of 73. She was born on January 19, 1925, to Jake and Zola Akers in Pleasanton, Texas.
Ms. Coble is survived by: six sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Ginger Coble of Wimberley, James and Margaret Grammer of Springtown, Keith and Linda Coble of San Antonio, Ray and Sheryl Coble of Austin, Milton and Judith Grammer of Comfort, and Kenneth and Marilyn Coble of Panama City, Florida; daughter and son-in-law, Rose Ellen and Terry Webster of Robstown; brother Wilson Akers of Pleasanton; sister Eathel (sic) Gibbs of Victoria; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services will be held at the Thomason Funeral Home Chapel in Wimberley on Thursday, October 21st at 10 a.m. with the burial at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 21 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.
Services under the direction Thomason Funeral Home of Wimberley."

Note: Kenneth Coble and Rose Ellen Webster are Josephine's step-children. Josephine is buried with her second husband, Kenneth L. Coble, in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, Section 23, Grave 16.
